Before we can begin working on any project, it must be reviewed by Penn State's Office for Research Protections. All research involving human subjects must be assessed to ensure adequate protections.

Association of Academic Survey Research Organizations
The SRC is a founding member of the AASRO, which is an organization that provides support for member institutions and strives to be a leading voice for survey research conducted in academic settings.

Gallup delivers research, analytics, and advice to help leaders solve problems. Gallup is more informed about the attitudes and behaviors around the world than any other organization.

Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research
ICPSR is an international consortium of more than 700 academic institutions and research organizations. It provides leadership and training in data access, curation, and methods of analysis for the social science research community.

National Center for Health Statistics
The NCHS developed its data center to give researchers access to restricted data. The data center also hosts restricted data from a variety of groups within the Department of Health and Human Services.

Roper Center for Public Opinion Research
Roper is one of the world's leading archives of social science data, specializing in data from surveys of public opinion. Most of the data are from the United States, but over 50 nations are represented.
